Nylonbogenzahnkupplung

Bogenzahnkupplung folgt den internationalen Standards von AGMA und von JIS, das leicht durch bedeutende Industrieprodukte ersetzen darf. Unsere Bogenzahnkupplung eckige Versetzung, parallele Versetzung und Endenfloss kompensieren. Die völlig gekrönten Nabenzähne liefern minimalen ladenden Druck und stellen längeres Leben sicher.

1. Eigenschaft

1) Drehmomentstarkes, kleines, langes Leben und sehr wenig Verlust der Sendeleistung.

2) Der konkav-konvexe Flanschentwurf lässt einfache Versammlung und die Dichtung der hohen Qualität Durchsickern des Schmiermittels verhindern.

3) Bogenzahnkupplung ermöglicht die Ähnlichkeit, die eckigen Versetzungen und das Ende, die durch Kronenverzahnungen schwimmt.

2. Anwendung:

a) Schwere Last, aber Kompaktbauweisekoppelung.

b) Hochs beschleunigen zu 5000 U/min (abhängig von Größe, beziehen Sie sich die auf Daten)

c) Langsamer, aber hoher Anlaufmoment.

d) Endenflossanwendung

e) Distanzscheibe erforderte, passend zu Langstrecken zwischen Wellenenden

f) Schwachlast und leichte Anwendung ist nicht empfehlenswert.
