Rotex-Spinne LX/XL Stern-Art Kiefer-Spinnen-flexible Koppelung für Verpackenmaschinerie

Die Sternkoppelung wird vom Polyurethan gemacht, der die Eigenschaften der Polsterung, der Schwingungsreduktion und des Abnutzungswiderstands hat. Zusammenzubauen ist einfach auseinanderzubauen und, und die Betriebstemperatur ist -20ºC~80ºC.The Nabenmaterialien sind Pulvermetallurgie, Roheisen, Ballmühlroheisen oder Stahl- und Aluminiumlegierung. Das Elastomer wird vom Polyurethan gemacht, verfügbar in 4 verschiedenen Härtegraden (80A, 92A, 98A, 64D) und verschiedenen Drehmomenten widersteht, von denen 92A Standard ist.

Wird elastische Koppelung LX Stiftvon einigen nicht-metallischen elastischen Stiften und von zwei Hälftekoppelungen gemacht. Die Koppelung wird angeschlossen, indem man diese elastischen Stifte in Löcher von zwei Hälftekoppelungen sich schnürt, und folglich wird das Drehmoment übertragen.

Kann elastische Koppelung LX Stiftden relativen Ausgleich von zwei Äxten bis zu einem gewissen Grad kompensieren. Elastische Teile werden während der Operation geschoren und sind im Allgemeinen auf die Arbeitsbedingungen von Kardanwellen der mittleren Geschwindigkeit mit niedrigen Anforderungen anwendbar. Zulässige Betriebstemperaturumwelttemperatur ist -20ºC~+70ºC, das nominale Übergangsdrehmoment ist- 250~180000N.m.
